[Letters to John Rogers Rees]. [1887-1894]

A group of 14 letters written during the period 1887 to 1894 from Richard Le Gallienne to John Rogers Rees. Most of the letters were written between 1887 and 1890 in Liverpool, with one later note written in 1894. The letters are largely friendly and informal, discussing such topics as book collecting, current reading and current literary projects as well as illnesses and personal events. The 1894 note is apparently written to thank the Rees family for their condolences on the death of Le Gallienne's first wife. Two letters are written to Mrs. Rees.
